Welcome to Apple and Tree Photography, I am Elissa. I appreciate you taking the time to consider me as your family photographer.

There is something so unique and timeless about the way photography uses light to capture a moment in time. Photography gives us the ability to focus on the emotion of a moment and preserve it for life. My style is clear, simple and natural with an emphasis on emotion and detail.

I am an inclusive photographer and seek to make having a family photo session easy and relaxed for families living with a disability or with additional needs. I am passionate about everyone having the opportunity to have their own special memories documented for the future. It is also a great way for every child to be reminded of how loved they are and where they fit into the world.

I am a natural light photographer, so I am all about what is real, raw and natural. I service South East Melbourne and Gippsland for in home newborn sessions, outdoor family sessions and location product photography. I love beach and bush locations but as a country kid at heart I get pretty excited when I get to work in a rural area too.

A little about me... I live for my family, friends, nature, and light. I love hiking and bike riding with my family, playing Lego with my boys, gardening, wine with friends, yoga and toasted marshmallows by the fire.

I live in Berwick VIC, with my best friend: my husband and our two beautiful energetic boys. It was these two boys who inspired me to pursue photography as a career. I didn't want to miss a minute of their crazy, silly, sweet and spunky personalities and the amazing people in our lives.
